Stuart Piper is co-Founder and Managing Director of the Agency.
Stuart began his career as an actor growing up largely on set, on things like The Politician's Wife, The Famous Five, Tom's Midnight Garden for MGM....he even had two lines as Serge in Ab Fab, which he still brags about. In his early twenties he moved to producing, working as a general manager for Guy Kitchenn on West End productions like Death of a Salesman starring Brian Dennehy & Clare Higgins, before co-founding Cole Kitchenn Personal Management Ltd in 2005 to represent actors and creatives, selling half the company in 2010 to become part of ROAR Group. He became Director of Christian Knowles' CKP Comedy company in 2016, also part of ROAR.
His other producing credits include Executive Producer on feature film Time of Their Lives (2016) starring Joan Collins and Pauline Collins, Associate Producer for Pixie Lott in Breakfast at Tiffanys (West-End/Leicester/Tour), Producer of Hatched n Dispatched (Park), New Boy, Lifecoach (Trafalgar Studios), Caroline O'Connor The Showgirl Within (Garrick), Snoopy! (West End). He also co-founded the Whatsonstage Awards live shows, which he has now produced for 11 years and he has 3 films in development as Producer. Jonathan is Chairman of Cole Kitchenn and ROAR Group
Jonathan is Chairman of ROAR Global, the UK's leading independent talent management agency. He is recognised as a genuine leader in the creative industries and as an innovator exerting major influence across the all aspects of the entertainment business. He was awarded the OBE in 2014 for services to the entertainment industry and an Honorary Professorship in 2012 by Henley Business School and Reading University in recognition of his contribution to the Arts. Olly is supported by assistant Sam Day
Growing up Olly had aspirations of being a paramedic and then a fireman. He then had the realisation that he’d been watching far too much Casualty and London’s Burning and he just wanted to pretend to be those things. A degree in acting from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama followed.
Upon graduation Olly made a swift transition into artist management under the leadership of Phil Belfield & Mark Ward.
Olly joined Cole Kitchenn as an agent in 2008 and was made a Company Director in 2013. He works alongside Sam Day on his list.
When not sat behind his desk - Olly can be found pacing the shingle of Brighton beach where he lives with his partner.
Alex is assisted by Martha Atack.
Alex grew up in Essex and attended the University of Portsmouth (2004-2007) before studying for a MA in Theatre Producing at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama (2007-2008).
Alex was a Producer on The Old Vic’s 24 Hour Plays and an Associate Producer for HighTide Festival’s 2008 season which included Stovepipe (later listed in the Top 10 Best Theatre Productions of the Decade in the Sunday Times). Alex co-produced the UK Premiere of Lisa Kron’s Tony Award winning play Well (Trafalgar Studios & Apollo Theatre).
Alex’s first taste of Agent life came when he interned at Curtis Brown in 2007, assisting their top agents. From 2009 – 2012, Alex worked for the Managing Director of ARG (Artists Rights Group).
Alex joined Cole Kitchenn in 2012 to start his own client list.
Ashley is assisted by Charlie Royce
Ashley originally trained as an actor, graduating from the Guildford School of Acting with a First Class BA(Hons) degree and the Principal’s Award for Musical Theatre.
After working professionally as an actor for over 7 years, Ashley joined TCG Artist Management where he assisted Managing Director Kristin Tarry. During this time he also acted as UK PA to Thomas Schumacher (Head of Disney Theatrical Worldwide) for the launch of the original UK Tour of Mary Poppins. Following his time at TCG, Ashley moved to Rossmore Management where he worked as an agent for over two and a half years.
Ashley joined Cole Kitchenn in 2011.

Brooke Kinsella is an actress turned agent who trained at the Anna Scher Theatre School and got her first break at the age of seven when she won the lead role in BBC children’s series Mud. Over the years she has appeared in many TV dramas such as Law & Order, Jericho and Holby City and in 2004 became a household name when she landed the role of Kelly Taylor in EastEnders.
She has also performed extensively on stage and most recently worked with Alan Ayckbourn in ‘Roundelay.’ In recent years Brooke has become known for her avid campaigning against knife crime after her sixteen year old brother Ben was tragically murdered in 2008 and in December 2011 she was awarded an MBE by Prince Charles for her services to knife crime prevention.
Brooke is also a published author having written a book called ‘Why Ben?’ which was published by Simon & Schuster in 2009 and which sold 20,000 copies in its first week of release. In January 2010 Brooke also realised a life-long ambition by opening her own theatre school and agency for children aged 5-16 years called True Stars Academy, which gives young people the confidence and tools to develop their talents in acting, dancing and singing.
In 2015 Brooke joined the team at Cole Kitchenn as an associate agent to Stuart Piper and is excited to be establishing her own client list.
Brooke is an Agent and Associate to MD Stuart Piper and also leads on her own select client list, assisted by Alexandra MacMillan.
Adam represents a diverse list of talent and leads on creative clients.
Adam originally trained at Laine, and had a successful performing career working with Matthew Bourne for whom he had a long association as a Principal Dancer. He also worked on a number of West End shows, in television and with Marianne Elliott at The National Theatre.
He also gained experience in Casting with Stage Entertainment Germany and for Drew McOnie.
In 2014 he joined Grantham Hazeldine leading his own client list of actors, choreographers, principal dancers and musical directors.
After 18 months he set up Adam Maskell Ltd, before joining Cole Kitchenn to develop and expand its Creatives department.
Martha assists Agent Alex Segal
Martha was once signed as an actress herself, aged 14. Having worked in television for some time she later found a love for PR and studied for a 1st class degree in Public Relations at The Chartered Institute of PR in London. For four years she specialised in talent management, personal PR, digital media and branding, working on national and international campaigns. During this time she began working closely in personally assisting high profile actors and actresses, along with managing global events such as the Formula One Grand Prix in Monte Carlo. Martha comes from a long line of actors and performers within her family; her mother is an actress and comedienne, while her father is a musician and composer. She joined Cole Kitchenn in 2016 as assistant to agent Alex Segal.
Sam assists Director Oliver Thomson.
Sam holds a 1st class BA in History from the University of Leeds, a lucky result given he spent all of his time at school & university directing, producing & performing in musical theatre.
Sam started out as a floor runner on both Coronation Street and Emmerdale. He then gained experience as a casting assistant on Emmerdale under Faye Styring, before moving to London to become casting assistant for James Orange, where he helped cast several musicals including Strictly Ballroom and An American In Paris.
Sam moved to Cole Kitchenn in 2016 to support Oliver Thomson.
Charlie assists Ashley Vallance and leads on CK Commercials
Charlie joined in 2016 from Curtis Brown Literary and Talent Agency where he worked in the Commercials department.
When Charlie was growing up he wanted to copy everything his big sister did and although his dreams of being in an orphan in Annie were never to be, he began a career in the Arts. He attended The BRIT School of Performing Arts and later London Studio Centre, graduating with a degree in Theatre Dance before enjoying a 5 year stint as an Actor travelling the world.
After deciding to retire from performing, Charlie worked as an Artist Liaison for the EFG London Jazz Festival looking after some of the worlds most established Jazz musicians. He is also an experienced Production Assistant for the Lend Me a Tenor - The Musical and Development and Events Assistant for the National Theatre London. Charlie is thrilled to join the team at Cole Kitchenn after working at Curtis Brown to assist Ashley Vallance and develop Cole Kitchenn's Commercial opportunities.
Alexandra assists Stuart Piper and Brooke Kinsella MBE
After graduating from the Arts Educational School Tring Park, with distinction, Alexandra embarked on a successful and varied acting career which saw her travel a great deal both nationally and internationally.
It has always been her aim to move into the artist management side of the industry and in 2016 she completed an internship with Belfield & Ward where the wonderful team showed her the ropes and helped her embark on her new career path.
Alex joined the Cole Kitchenn team in 2017 to assist Stuart Piper and Brooke Kinsella MBE.
Jason is a Director of the company.
Jason has been involved with the entertainment industry since the age of 5 – when he tap danced on stage with Roy Castle. By the time he’d reached his teens, he realized that performing was probably best left up to those with more talent and he began writing and directing, which led to him producing his first play at 19 years of age.
Jason has now produced 12 West End shows including, Footloose – the Musical, Never Forget, Yes Prime Minister, The Ladykillers and New Boy and Snoopy! with Stuart Piper, with whom he is also co-producer of The Whatsonstage Awards. He has also been a producer on 21 touring shows, Executive Produced in South Africa and works with Lythgoe Family Productions in Los Angeles since 2010 bringing pantomime to America with such performers as Arianna Grande and Neil Patrick Harris.
Jason founded Big Finish Productions in 1998 and the company has grown to be the largest independent producer of Audio Drama in the world, working regularly with media corporations such as the BBC, MGM and ABC on Doctor Who, Torchwood, Stargate, Judge Dredd, and on original series such as Graceless and The Confessions of Dorian Gray. In 2013, Big Finish won the BBC Audio Drama Award for Best Drama for Doctor Who.
In 2011, Jason also founded the animation house Planet 55 Studios in Sydney, Australia, working first with the BBC on two animated versions of Doctor Who and now producing the original 26 part drama Prisoner Zero for ABC
For television, Big Finish Entertainment has produced two reality shows – Nadia Goes to Hollywood and Nadia: Chasing the Dream for TV3 and been involved with reality shows Strictly Dance Fever (BBC) and Fame – the Musical (RTE). Jason is presently developing a new teen television drama for an Australian broadcaster.
Guy is co-Founder of the Company and a Director
Guy established Cole Kitchenn as a production company over 40 years ago, with David Cole and they managed and/or produced more than 55 productions in the West-End. Their productions won countless Laurence Olivier, Evening Standard and Whatsonstage.com Awards and nominations (including 5 Best Musical Award wins) and some of their biggest hits included the original production of ME AND MY GIRL, Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, the transfers from Broadway of Michael Blakemore's KISS ME KATE, the multi award winning DEATH OF A SALESMAN and the original London production of MACK AND MABEL. In 2012, company founder Guy Kitchenn was appointed Executive Director of the St James Theatre. He oversaw the opening of the theatre and first two years of programming which included productions that were nominated for Whatsonstage and Laurence Olivier Awards. In 2015, Guy returned to freelance producing and has several projects in development with former St James Theatre Artistic Director David Gilmore.
Katie is the manager of payroll, reporting to our accountant Angela Mead and the Directors.
Katie grew up in Kent knowing from an early age she wanted to become a bookkeeper after showing an interest in her dads books when he was self-employed. Her background was originally within the construction industry and after spending nearly 9 years with a sports construction company she decided the time was right to start her own company, KSM Bookkeeping Ltd. She provides bookkeeping and payroll services for a variety of small businesses and has studied bookkeeping and accounts over the past 10 years, proving her abilities by becoming a registered bookkeeper with the IAB.
Katie has a passion for photography and an enthusiasm for fundraising, and is always encouraging those around her to find new fun ways of raising money for various charities.
