Gemma has worked extensively on stage and screen with recent credits including; Greta Gilmore in PROFESSOR T (ITV), Fiona in MURDER, THEY HOPE (UKTV) and Dr Keller in 3 x episodes of HOLLYOAKS (Channel 4).

Gemma was a member of Oldham Theatre Workshop, and as a child appeared in many lead roles for BBC, Granada and Yorkshire TV.

Cast at 16 in the Manchester production of LES MISERABLES, she was offered the role of Eponine in the West End at 17 years old.

Gemma created the roles of; Mrs Lester in BETTY BLUE EYES (Novello Theatre) and Serena Katz in FAME (Cambridge Theatre).

Television Credits include: Chris Jacobs (series regular) in FAMILY AFFAIRS, Theresa Sullivan in HOLBY CITY, Mrs Brown in HARRIET’S ARMY, Guest leads, Michaela Long, Rachel Meeson and Catherine Flemming in DOCTORS, Nurse Judy in LIFE ON MARS (Series 2), Marion Philips in HOLBY CITY, Lydia in NEW VOICES SUPPLIES and series regular Holly Painter in WILDERNESS EDGE.

Film credits include: Emma- Louise in Victoria Wood’s PAT AND MARGARET (BBC) and LES MISERABLES (Universal Pictures).
